Deur die toepassing van gesogde teelmetodes en die aanwending van besondere genetiese eienskappe, te verseker dat 'n hoe gehalte bees, perd en wild spesie geteel word.
Om gebruik te maak van die nuutste tegnologie ten einde te verseker dat weiding optimaal geproduseer en aangewend word.
Om behoorlik nagevorsde en praktiese aanwendbare infrastruktuur te skep en te onderhou deur harde werk.
